Product Manager – Sports Nutrition

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager has arisen for our client a respected and international company that specialises with Ingredients across the World. This requires a very experienced candidate who will be dealing with a significant number of products.

Some key role responsibilities

  • Managing $10 – $15 million of products per annum, with the expectation of growing this to $25-$30 million
  • Review all contract balances & expired contracts including up to the end of the following month. Highlight those where we have no follow on contracts & work commercial team to decide whether to cancel/extend them
  • Update monthly price list accordingly
  • Inbox – checking own inbox and secondary and tertiary PM inbox late morning & early afternoon each day to approve anything urgent or highlight any issues
  • Quote directly to sales and customers, for own products and secondary support products do it where applicable especially during holidays/travel etc.
  • Calculate forward stock positions & stock limits
  • Push for projects and assist on quoting and sampling of those nominating products

Key Requirements

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have good business communication skills. A self motivator, aiming to learn and grow within the company. Must have previous experience with Sports Nutrition/Amino Acids. Be able to fit easily in a multi-cultural and multi-functional team. Not afraid to take the initiative and a responsible self starter. Excellent written and oral English. Another European language will be an advantage.

Dutch Speaking Logistics BDA

Do you speak Dutch ? Do you have experience in Logistics ? An excellent opportunity is available for a sought after Food Distributor based in London. This is a hybrid role and will work only 2 days per week in the office. As part of a busy team, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team on the daily execution of the core duties detailed below.

Key responsibilities

Working in close co-operation with the General Manager for Benelux & France the post holder will be responsible for:

  • Taking, confirming and inputting customer orders
  • Monitoring customers and liaising closely with commercial, logistics and quality departments
  • Inputting purchase orders
  • Dealing with customer queries and responding in a timely manner

Fluency in English and Dutch is essential (Native level). Must be detailed orientated with excellent organisational skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and have a professional business presence and acumen. French Speaking Logistics Customer Care Associate

A French Speaking Logistics Customer Care Associate is required by our client, a leading global distributor of Ingredients and Premix Manufacturing solutions to the Food, Beverage and Nutrition industries. Based in London, this is a hybrid role. You will join a dynamic Logistics team of more than 20 individuals and be responsible for managing the daily business operations including warehouses, deliveries to customers, Exports outside Europe and Demand Planning.

Key responsibilities

  • Arranging deliveries to customers from warehouses in UK and EU by road, ferry and courier
  • Liaison with customers, warehouses and carriers
  • Input of correct information onto internal system, to create forward allocations and warehouse instructions
  • Invoicing customers promptly, with correct VAT calculated
  • Preparing shipping documents (warehouse instructions, packing lists, commercial invoices, dangerous goods notes, packaging labels etc.)

The successful candidate will speak native French and perfect English. Must have a background within Logistics and have excellent organisational skills. You will be enthusiastic and eager to learn. A self-starter and happy to take the initiative.
