Our client is a high end Jewellery company based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Stock Control Coordinator for their head office. The Stock Control team plays a crucial role in their operational business by overseeing daily stock control operations and ensuringthat all stock procedures and Audit requirements are respected. As a Stock Control Coordinator, you will be responsible to support the overall business regarding Stock and Administration functions. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a growing business environment. Must have the following skills:

  • Stock Management
  • Safes: Inventory and organisation.
  • Responsible to coordinate stock control operations.
  • Monitoring stock movements: preparation and allocation (stores, meeting, exhibitions).
  • Stock control:
  • Planner & organiser of stock inventory & investigation if needed.
  • Oversee and track the stock in-transit receipt.
  • Alerting key management when high level of stock movement is actioned.
  • Coordinate safe-transit practice with key Management Teams.
  • Keep inventory records.
  • SAP: Responsible that the physical stock is aligned with the stock informatically.
  • Processes and procedure:
  • Challenge and improve processes when necessary.
  • Implement new processes – lead and coordinate with the different teams.
  • Others:
  • Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities
  • Partner with IT to improve the system and the efficiency of the team

 

Experience and professional competencies: 

  • Background in Jewellery or in luxury is mandatory
  • Passionate or strong interest for the jewellery industry is a plus.
  • Experience in a stock control role would be ideal.
  • Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word and SAP system knowledge a plus.
