Our client is a high end Jewellery company based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Stock Control Coordinator for their head office. The Stock Control team plays a crucial role in their operational business by overseeing daily stock control operations and ensuringthat all stock procedures and Audit requirements are respected. As a Stock Control Coordinator, you will be responsible to support the overall business regarding Stock and Administration functions. - Stock Management
- Safes: Inventory and organisation.
- Responsible to coordinate stock control operations.
- Monitoring stock movements: preparation and allocation (stores, meeting, exhibitions).
- Stock control:
- Planner & organiser of stock inventory & investigation if needed.
- Oversee and track the stock in-transit receipt.
- Alerting key management when high level of stock movement is actioned.
- Coordinate safe-transit practice with key Management Teams.
- Keep inventory records.
- SAP: Responsible that the physical stock is aligned with the stock informatically.
- Processes and procedure:
- Challenge and improve processes when necessary.
- Implement new processes – lead and coordinate with the different teams.
- Others:
- Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities
- Partner with IT to improve the system and the efficiency of the team
Experience and professional competencies:
- Background in Jewellery or in luxury is mandatory
- Passionate or strong interest for the jewellery industry is a plus.
- Experience in a stock control role would be ideal.
- Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word and SAP system knowledge a plus.
