Administrative and Commercial Support Coordinator

An experienced Degree Educated Administrator is required to work for a Traders in Essex, close to Dagenham. Must be enthusiastic and flexible with a positive outlook. The general duties will include: Support in the running of the Toll Refining Service, the processing of Precious Metals Bearing Material. Preparation and reporting of Purchasing Documents and Remittance paperwork. Supporting the Commercial Manager run the Precious Metal Trading element, including placing metal sales requests and managing the sales positions. General customer support and correspondence. Expedite and prepare tickets (Purchase Ledger) and liaising with finance to ensure reconciliation of supplier payments. General customer support including Logistics Planning/Booking/Purchase & Sales reporting. Coordinate between the Precious Metals laboratory and their Commercial/Trading element of the business. Work with the Commercial Manager to generate departmental reports and general support as required. Analysis of market data, P&L reports and laboratory analysis report. Support business development activities and purchasing database management. Overseeing Sales and Shipping paperwork to ensure smooth running of Sales to the refineries. The successful candidate must be Degree Educated and have the ability to learn quickly. Must also be commercially focused.
