When we receive your CV and registration form, we will read through your details before giving you a call to arrange a meeting or telephone interview. After spending time listening to exactly what you are looking for, we can also discuss your ‘must haves’ and your ‘would likes’ as well. And it goes without saying that we will protect your confidentiality at all times.

After our meeting or call, we can then get to work. With an understanding of your skill set, your experience and the kind of role you seek, we will carefully consider you against each new opportunity that arises, as well as any which we may have already registered.

What we will not do is to send your CV off to numerous employers offering unsuitable job roles, just to fulfill our own quotas. It’s unethical, fruitless and places undue strain on you. We will only put you forward for positions to which we feel you are genuinely suited and then work with you to make sure you are fully prepared, should you be invited for an interview.
